We strive to ensure you are happy with not only your purchase, but also your overall experience.  These guarantees and warranties are offered for lifetime, allowing you to be completely confident and comfortable with your purchase.

Lifetime Maintenance Guarantee

 Any product purchased from us, is guaranteed against any defects and imperfections in manufacturing and workmanship. We guarantee that if you are not satisfied due to faults in manufacturing and/or workmanship, we will remake the piece for you at absolutely no charge to you if not repairable. This does not include defects caused by every day wear and tear (conditions may apply).

Jewellery & Ring Cleaning

We offer unlimited cleaning for you as we have a professional ultrasonic and steamer on site. Bring your pieces as often as you would like, even once a week! (although we recommend every 6 months) Cleaning happens in front of your eyes, and no appointment is needed.

Professional Rhodium and/or Polishing (offered for engagement rings only)

This is offered once every 2 years and leaves your ring looking like the day you received it. White gold rings are rhodiumed and polished; yellow gold and platinum are polished. In both instances, all scratches are removed and your ring looks flawless.

Full Detailed Inspection

Any time you bring your jewellery or engagement ring to us, we inspect all prongs to ensure they are secure. This service is done while you wait, and no appointment is needed. Upon inspection, if a diamond needs to be tightened, we complete this service for you at no charge (conditions may apply).

Size adjustment (offered for engagement rings only)

It happens so often that you don’t know your partner’s exact ring size. We make it easy for you! We offer free ring sizing once within two months of ring completion/delivery (some conditions apply).

Ring Engraving (offered for engagement rings & wedding bands only)

This service is offered to you to further personalize your beautiful ring. Number of characters is subject to available room inside the ring.
